Adam Flint

General Manager, DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol City Centre

Adam started his career as a Graduate Manager with Marriott International before moving to Hilton International, holding cluster GM roles in London and outer regions and resulting in his current position at the DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol City Centre.

In 2025 he was named as the new Chair of the Bristol Hoteliers Association (BHA).

Ben Allen

Managing Director, Gardiner Haskins

Ben began with international Product Management roles in consumer electronics (Panasonic), telecommunications (Orange/EE) and broadcasting (News Corp). His career moved briefly into the education sector including a period as Vice Principal of an Agricultural College.

Ben then returned to the family retail business as Managing Director of Gardiner Haskins.

Ben Smithson

Managing Director, Aqua Restaurant Group

Ben is the Managing Director of Aqua Restaurant Group, a long standing independent hospitality brand at the heart of Bristol’s dining scene. With nearly three decades of experience leading vibrant, community focused restaurants, he is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and championing local food culture.

Ben recently spearheaded the regeneration of Aqua Welsh Back.

Caroline Hamilton

Commercial Manager, Origin Workspace

Origin Workspace is a premium co-working space in Bristol. With a strong background in hospitality, Caroline brings a people-first approach to leading sales and customer service teams, while driving commercial growth. She is passionate about building thriving communities and supporting entrepreneurs as they grow their businesses.

Heledd Wyn

Solicitor & Partner, Rothley Law

With extensive experience in future planning, private wealth, and Court of Protection matters, Heledd specialises in private client services and long-term care. She provides expert guidance on wills, powers of attorney, long-term care, and asset protection for both individuals and business owners.

Heledd has significant experience with NHS Continuing Healthcare funding.

Latoyah McAllister-Jones

Founding Partner & Lead Facilitator, Citizens for Culture

LaToyah spent six years as Executive Director of St Pauls Carnival CIC, including the acclaimed return of Carnival to the streets. Under her leadership, St Pauls Carnival was the recipient of Best Event at the Bristol Life Awards in 2023. She is also Deputy Chair of Bristol Old Vic, supporting one of the UK’s most historic cultural institutions.

Lisa Tucker

Account Director, Marsh Commercial

Lisa has over 25 years experience in the insurance sector and focuses on insurance, risk management, and employee needs while fostering strong client relationships. And also has experience as a holistic therapist. She founded and co-runs a successful business networking group @4 Networking – connecting businesses, suppliers and charities in the local community.

Nicholas Bowman-Scargill

Managing Director, Fears Watches

Nicholas is the 4th Managing Director of his family’s historic British watch company, Fears, restarted in 2016 after 39 years of dormancy. Alongside the dedicated team at Fears, he oversees the creation of elegantly understated British-made watches.

Nicholas has been a longtime watch enthusiast since receiving his first watch at the age of six.

Nick Rogers

Chairman and Founder, Exacta Technologies Group

Nick is a self-made technology entrepreneur with over two decades of experience building high performance hardware businesses. He founded Exacta Technologies in 2001, growing it into a leading UK provider of precision engineered bespoke server solutions. In 2015, work with a major global bank led him to launch Blackcore® Technologies.

Vicky Dudbridge

Director of Residential Development Sales Bristol,
Savills

Vicky is responsible for the sale and marketing of new build residential property throughout the South West. Based in Bristol her local market knowledge covers a broad area through her 20+ years’ experience in the local property market. Covering a broad mix of developments from large scale urban brown field regeneration to individual bespoke rural new build houses offering a breadth of experience across the whole residential market.

Clients include traditional house builders alongside small and medium developers, offering advice and collaborating to create market facing developments.
