The polyester tape is ideal for places where cleaning solvents and mineral oil are in close contact. The tape is usually used for outer wrapping in capacitors and coils. The high-resistance tape is solvent resistant with thermosetting is designed to sustain flagging. The sealant has long-term ageing characteristics. The tape is resistant to abrasion and tear, ideal to be used in transformers, shaded pole motors, fractional horsepower motors for wire harness bundling, anchoring, and holding applications.
