Stoneware base stilts with three metal alloy points. AMACO Pointed Stilts have three equally spaced, fine quality metal alloy points embedded in a stoneware base. They virtually leave no mark on fired pieces and are easily loosened after firing. Distance between wire prongs measures 2-3/4 inches. Cone 04 maximum.
- Stilts strategically suspend glazed ware on the wire points (keeping pottery piece separated) and also allows air to circulate around large, flat pieces
- Three equally spaced, fine quality metal alloy points ensure glaze will not melt off onto other ceramic pieces or kiln shelf
- Each pointed stilt is easy to insert and easy to loosen and take off after firing
